**XLR8 Pressure Washing Services Cancellation Policy** 1. **Cancellation Notice**: Customers must provide at least 24 hours' notice in the event of a cancellation. This allows us to adjust our schedule and offer the time slot to other customers. 2. **Cancellation Fees**: - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee of [$25.00]. - Customers are not required to be onsite during the service(s), But are responsible for provide XLR8pws access to all entrances throughout the property for work to be completed. In the event all entrances are not accessible a [$25.00] feel will be applied and the customer will have to reschedule. 3. **Rescheduling**: Customers may reschedule their appointment at no additional charge if done at least 24 hours in advance. Requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to cancellation fees.
